In our programmes we aim to anchor these principles in the daily work routine. For this purpose, inputs alternate with phases in which they are practically tested.
For example, a team's „strength map" is developed on the basis of the 24 VIA (Values in Action) character strengths.

The focus of these programmes is on change projects as well as leadership programmes.
For this approach, we work closely with our partner TalentMiles in Helsinki, a leader in web-based programmes. Our programmes aim at networking and reflection, for oneself, teams and the organisation.
The special characteristic of this digital approach is that the participants in the programme are supported step by step by "learning coaches".
